Q. Is there a return/exchange policy?
A. No, all sales are final. But if for some reason, you encounter a problem with the service you just purchased, please contact our Customer Service for reimbursement in terms of call minutes.

Q. What are the modes of payment acceptable by SageVone?
A. SageVone recognizes all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discovery and Amex. You can also make payment with your PayPal Personal account
  
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Your order will be sent through email just a few minutes after you have completed your purchase. Alternatively, you may also view the My Member page to view your card PIN and other order details.

Q. How can I purchase SageVone calling services online?
A. It’s easy. Simply choose the calling plan that best suites your need and select the price denomination. You will be asked to register your account information and choose a payment option. Once completed, you will receive your order via email and you can start using your service.
  
Q. Can I use SageVone Pocket Card service?
A. You can take your SageVone service with you anywhere. Print your SageVone Pocket Card and use it from any phone by dialing the toll free access number or the local access number available in your location. You can find all the available access numbers in the Access Numbers section of our website.
  
Q. How do I know the remaining credit on my phone card?
A. Every time you place a call, you will hear the remaining card value (in your local currency) and the available minutes for your destination call.
  
Q. If I lose my PIN, how do I retrieve it again?
A. Just log into your account and in the View the Account History section of your member page, look for your lost PIN.
  
Q. What is a Pinless Calling Plan?
A. Our Pinless calling service allows you to make your calls without having to enter the PIN every time. To do this, simply register your phone number in the PINPASS manager page to activate this feature for the particular service plan that you wish to use.
We suggest that you register a direct private phone line as this will not work for PBX phones in offices, dormitories, hospitals and other public places.
  
Q. How can I place a call using a prepaid phone card?
A. Using a touch tone phone, dial any of the access numbers provided on our website - You may use the toll free access number or the local access number available in your location. You will be prompted to enter the PIN that you received in the email and the destination telephone number that you wish to call. If you have the Pinless calling plan, our system will identify your caller id and will not require your PIN number to proceed.
  
Q. Are there peak and off-peak rates?
A. No. Our published rates are the same 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  
Q. Do rates differ when calling from a public pay phone?
A. The rates are the same but you will be charged for the mandated payphone surcharge so the call minutes will not be the same as when calling from a private phone line.
  
Q. Do prepaid phone cards expire?
A. No. You do not have to consume the credits on your phone card all at once. Your card does not expire.
  
Q. Why was my credit card declined?
A. There are a number of reasons why your Credit card may have been declined by our system. You have to make sure that you have entered the correct credit card number and CVV2. You also have to check your card’s expiration date and your credit limit. Additionally, please make sure that you have entered the correct billing address. For security reasons, we match your billing address with the address that you used to register in your SAGEVONE account.
  
Q. Is my online transaction secure?
A. Definitely! Your credit card information is encrypted using the industry standard 256-bit SSL encryption technology and we are affiliated with Geo Trust SSL which guarantees protected and secured online payment transaction and data transfers. In addition, every time you enter credit card information, you have the option to save your information for later transactions or just use it for that one-time transaction.
  
Q. Can I recharge my prepaid phone card?
A. Sure! Just log into your account and go to the Recharge Manager section. Select the calling plan PIN that you want to recharge and simply press the Recharge link. The checkout page will be displayed where you will be asked to choose the recharge amount and payment information. After clicking the Submit button, you will see the Order Confirmation page. An email confirming your recharge order will also be sent to your registered email address.
  
Q. Can I use my Phone Card to call a different country than the one I selected when I first purchased the Card?
A. Definitely! SageVone calling plans are available to over 240 countries around the world.
  
Q. How do I become a member of SAGEVONE?
A. For Calling Plans: Simply click on the Register link in the My Account login page and you will be asked to create an account name and password. You also have to fill-in the Personal Information and Billing Information sections. Submit the form and that’s it, you have just created an account with us and you are ready to enjoy big savings on your domestic and long distance calls!

Package Plans: Click the Order Now link in the package plan of your choice and you will be guided through the registration process.
  
Q. What do I do if I forgot my password?
A. In case you forgot you password, don’t worry we help you remember it! Simply click on the Forgot Password link in the login box, enter the email address that you used to register with us and we will send the password back to your registered e-mail address.
  
Q. Can I change my account email address?
A. Sure. You can edit all the profile information on your Member Page except for the username. If you wish to use a different username, you have to create a new account.
  
Q. How can I cancel my account?
A. We hope you won’t but if you wish, you may do so. Please send us an email to customerservice@sagevone.com and we will cancel your service plan and send you an e-mail confirming your request.
  
Q. Can I resell your phone cards?
A. Absolutely! Please visit the Become An Agent section on our homepage to register and will get you set-up and ready to go in no time.
  
Q. I don't want to pay with a credit card - what should I do?
A. You can use PayPal. However, we do not support PayPal’s automatic recharge service.
  
Q. Can I use my credit card to pay the accounts of friends or family members?
A. No, a credit card cannot be used on more than one memeber account. However, you may choose to use Pay Pal.
  
Q. How do I know how much I've been charged for a call?
A. If you are a SageVone member you can always check your account history. This is updated immediately after your transaction is approved.
